Please check that your shipping address and email is accurately provided during checkout to ensure you receive your order and any necessary communication. *We are not responsible for order or shipping issues caused by the shipper (e.g., UPS, FedEx) or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer. ** Returns and Exchanges are NOT accepted.** However, if there is human error with packaging the ordered design or sizing, you must submit to us, via email only, an order review request containing a photo of your packaging slip, clear photos of all ordered merchandise highlighting/capturing the issue(s) (e.g., tag, print/design), and a description of the issue. This info must be sent within 24 hours of your delivery, which will be confirmed via delivery tracking information. Order review requests will not be accepted after this timeframe. Once received, our team will review your request and follow-up via your order email, within 5 business days. You will need to ensure you check your inbox and also spam/junk folder(s) for return communication from our team. Delivery times are estimated and contingent upon the item(s) ordered. A tracking number will be sent to you, via the email you provide, once your order has shipped. Your order is processed and item(s) made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so we thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! If you have concerns about your delivery once your order tracking reflects shipping has started, you will need to contact the shipping company (e.g., USPS, FedEx etc.) directly for any questions or issues to inquire about your package/delivery, as we are not responsible for shipping delays or missing packages once shipped; it is then the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your package successfully.
